Proving the value of CRO for top level management

When you are growing CRO and get interest from board and c-level, the focus kind of shifts. All of a sudden they want numbers of what CRO brings to the table. How to answer that, and what numbers to show?

We have during the previous year worked out 3 key metrics that we follow up on, at a global level. But this has taken almost half a year to get to an agreement on. Here I could tell the story about how we did it and how to overcome obstacles.
