About the Team

Jackie Bissell

Director of Programming and Business Development

Jackie is the DEH conference Queen with a network of contacts that is the who’s who of digital marketing and CRO. Why? Because Jackie has over 20 years’ experience in conference planning and media relations. She has made it her business to know everyone that matters in this industry, from the established global leaders to the new rising stars.

Jackie has been involved with practically every major event this industry has to offer, either as an organiser or a programmer. She learnt her craft well and now brings her knowledge, her extensive network of industry contacts, her relentless energy and her passion for digital marketing to the Digital Elite Hub.

Jackie does have a social life too. She loves to travel and spend weekends at her house in Cornwall, the place she calls her spiritual home. If she’s not heading to the coast, you’ll probably find her at Santa Pod because she also loves at bit of Drag Racing.

Craig Redfern Rayner

Director of Business Development

Craig loves mixing with people and enjoys the odd thimble of sherry, therefore putting on conferences within Digital Marketing was a marriage made in heaven. He’s often spotted at events chatting, laughing and thoroughly enjoying his time with the industry’s glitterati of whom he thoroughly respects. A quick befriender and a sage of networking and business development, buy him a drink and see who he can introduce you to.

‘If you’re in Digital Marketing and Craig doesn’t know you, you’re obviously not worth knowing!’

Shyam Dattani, UK Director, SearchMetrics

Smart, funny and superbly organised, Craig is one of the best event coordinators I’ve worked with. His knowledge of the digital sector gives him an added advantage when it comes to selecting great speakers and planning fascinating agendas. I’d recommend being part of any of the events he’s hosting!

Hannah Thorpe, Head of SEO, Found

Craig is a highly knowledgeable and welcoming chap, who consistently puts on very successful events and conferences. I’ve always found working with Craig to be very easy and comfortable, as he goes out of his way to really look after his speakers, sponsors and event attendees. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough – he’s a top bloke and is so passionate about what he does, which rubs off on all those around him.

Patrick Langridge, Head of SEO, Screaming Frog

What I like about Craig is that he isn’t scared of a little controversy and is happy to put on a panel or a talk that could, on paper, easily descend into chaos, but actually results in much livelier and more informative discussion as opposing viewpoints are highlighted and debated. It’s easy to watch a talk at any marketing conference and think “I must do this!” when in fact it’s not always the best advice or applicable for everyone in the audience – Craig always makes sure to highlight this with a well thought out agenda.

Stephen Kenwright, Sales & Marketing Director

Andy Brown

Director of Marketing

Andy is the guy who brings this whole project to life across the media. He has over 20 years’ experience in PR and marketing and pumps out content like a machine. If you’re into digital marketing and catching up with what’s trending the chances are you’ve read something written or produced by Andy, you just may not have known it.

Andy uses his marketing wizardary, his knowledge of the media and skills in social platforms PR and email marketing to promote the DEH events to a global audience. Timing, messaging and content are key, you just mix it with more than a bit of glitter to make it sparkle.

What does Andy do when he’s not marketing? Well, he loves a game or two of squash but if he’s feeling slightly less active he may well decide to go out and watch a band, doesn’t really matter what kind of music, so long as it’s loud.
